Memorial Scheduled for Boise PD K9 Jardo

We were heartbroken to learn that Jardo the police dog passed away earlier this week after sustaining an injury in the line of duty.

Now the Treasure Valley is paying respect to the heroic pup with a memorial service.

After learning that Jardo died on Wednesday, the city immediately got to work scheduled a service for Boise to pay their respects to him.

Tuesday at 3:00pm a memorial service will be held for Jardo at Taco Bell Arena. The service is open to the public and doors will open at 1:30pm. The service is expected to last an hour.
