I'm a Boise State fan and a hardcore Ohio State Buckeyes fan.  That means the Michigan Wolverines are FAR from my favorite team, but I saw this story on College Game Day today and it absolutely brought to tears.

Stephen Loszewski was raised in a family much like yours or mine (except the colors in their home were Blue and Maize, not Blue and Orange.)  He grew up playing football and his dream was to play for the Michigan Wolverines.  His dreams changed after playing defensive end his freshman year of high school when he was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.  Stephen is now in remission, but his doctors told him he would never play football again.  His one wish?  To spend the day experiencing life as a Division 1 football recruit at the University of Michigan.  The team made it happen.

Before you watch the story, let me tell you I'm a weirdo.  I cry during the packages they play about athletes before they attempt their Olympic dream for the first time.  Remember the Titans is my favorite movie, but I still cry every time I watch it.  And please...don't get me started over how much I bawl like a baby when I think about the love and support within the athletics program at my high school.  There's just something so moving about the power of sports!

Grab a tissue and check out Stephen's experience in the Big House.
