A new year means a new you!

Sadly it does not mean new weather.

Moisture is coming our way thanks to a warm front in the Pacific, and that means more snow for the Treasure Valley. The Weather Service says to expect 2-5 inches of snow to fall by Wednesday morning. Since many roads in the Treasure Valley haven't been completely cleared, this will only make things worse.

A winter weather advisory will take place early Wednesday morning start at 2 a.m.

We'll keep you posted on any school closings here as we get them. Check back to see if you get a snow day!

If you're worried your vehicle may not be able to brave the weather conditions, it may be a good time to consider getting snow tires.
