We're not all made of money like the folks on Harrison Blvd or Warm Springs, but giving out full size candy bars is totally affordable if you know where to shop!

Lifehacker recently broke down the most cost effective stores to buy Trick-Or-Treat snacks at depending on what you're looking for: full size candy bars, fun size candy bars, non-chocolate candies and salty snacks.  Here's a look at what they found!

Full Size Candy Bars: Cotsco

Can you say instant rebate?  Mars, the manufacturer behind Snickers, Twix, 3 Musketeers and Milky Way, offers an in store rebate at Costco that will bring the prince of 30 full size candy bars down to $12.99.  You'll get (6) Snickers, (5) Twix, (4) 3 Musketeers, and (3) Milky Way bars for that price.

Snack Size Candy Bars: Target

The margin of difference in price per kilogram of candy between Target and Costco is only $.10, but Target's the winner here.  Their best values?  245 individually-wrapped Twix, Snickers, 3 Musketeers and Milky Bars for $14.99.

Non-Chocolate Candies: Costco

They only picked Costco here because the candy variety was better.  The "Funhouse Treats" are actually $.33 cents more per kilogram of candy but your trick-or-treaters will like the variety better.  At $5.36 a kilogram you get a variety of Skittles, Mike & Ikes, Life Savers Gummies, Sour Patch Kids, Nerds, Starbursts, Hot Tamales, Twizzlers, Gummy Bears, Swedish Fish and Gobstoppers.  The cheaper "Child's Play" that you can find at Fred Meyer and Target only include Tootsie Pops and Dots. The kids on your block will hate you for that.

Salty Snacks: Target

I always looked at bags of Doritos and Lays like "wtf" when I opened my pillowcase, but some parents still like giving them out.  Your best bet for a salty, individually packaged snacks are Utz pretzels at Target.  You get 50 little baggies for $4.99.

Now...if you decide to buy Mounds or Almond Joys and your trick-or-treaters throw them back at your damn house, please send them to 827 E Park Blvd, Suite 100, Boise, ID 83712.  I will happily enjoy those for you!
