Child Abuse Prevention Month is here.  As we gear up to power the message "it shouldn't hurt to be a child" during Live for 175, our friends across the Treasure Valley are spreading the word too!

On Saturday, the Nampa Family Justice Center is hosting their first annual child abuse prevention march.  The march will begin at 11 AM at the Caldwell police station and proceed to the courthouse where they'll plant a garden of blue pinwheels, a symbol of child abuse prevention. The center will be collecting small food, water and prize donations to give to the kids who attend the march.

They're asking that the those attending either dress up in their best super hero costume or blue (the color of child abuse prevention) clothes.  There will be a prize for best costume and most blue!
