Nampa Throwing Doggy Pool Party

Are you a dog lover or owner? There's a raging dog party coming to Nampa this coming weekend that hopefully, you won't have to miss out on.

YES, I'm totally a cat guy...but I have an appreciation for dogs, too. I can't just tell you about cat events all of the time, right!?

This party is going down this coming Saturday, August 25th at Lakeview Park in Nampa (that's the one over off of Garrity Boulevard and 16th Avenue).  It kicks off at 10:0 a.m. and there will be a mile-long walk around the park which will then lead to some pool time for your canine friend. No, you can't jump in with all the dogs however..this party is all about them!

Everything from contests and games will be hosted at this event which is celebrating its 11th year in Nampa.

Want to participate? It's just $25 per dog and that will get you a gift, t-shirt, and admission to the party.  Have more than one dog you want to bring? It's just $10 for each additional pooch. This event and its registration fees go towards development of Nampa's dog park and even towards the creation of a hopeful (and needed) second dog park in the city!
