Netflix & Chill – Amityville Horror

Today, we delve into "Amityville Horror."

Ryan Reynolds diverts from his usual loveable-cocky schtick here, and it may be his best performance to date. He plays a father who moves into a new home with his family, and that's where the normalcy stops. Without spoiling the entire plot, the house seems to haunt Reynolds as he spirals downward into insanity.

You don't expect a serious, creepy performance from Reynolds, but that's exactly what you get here. He sells the entire movie with his performance. For me, it's a horror must-see.
