New Breakfast Destination Opens in Nampa

When I have family in from out of state and they want brunch, this small Treasure Valley breakfast chain is the first place I think to take them!

The first time I ever had food from The Griddle is when they brought Keke and my awesome Live for 175 volunteers breakfast the year that we traveled from city to city in the 103.5 KISS FM box truck.  Their Meridian location really went over the top for us and for me, it was love at first pancake! Now it's the destination for my running club any mornings we go for a run on the Eagle greenbelt or near my home in Southeast Boise!

The good folks in the 2C don't have to drive into Ada county anymore to enjoy "Dad's Hotcakes" or "Rosie's French Toast!"  The Griddle's Nampa location quietly opened on January 23rd and is ready to serve up pancakes, omelets, their signature fresh squeezed orange juice and more!

Check them out inside the old Skipper's building at 1124 Caldwell Blvd.

The Griddle's next destination could be McCall, where they've been locked in an interesting battle with a uniquely McCall city ordinance.
