New Hard Cidery Sets Grand Opening in Downtown Boise

Yes, I know you think that Angry Orchard is the best invention since sliced bread, but it's time to seriously step up your hard cider game! 

In August, we told you that a cidery that's no stranger to the Treasure Valley was preparing to open their tasting room in Downtown Boise. While they anticipated their grand opening to be a lot sooner than January, Longdrop Cider has finalized their permits and quietly opened their doors in the old Grind Modern Burger complex on Wednesday night.

While they're not planning a grand opening until Saturday, January 21st you are able to visit them this weekend! They're having a soft opening on Friday from 4 p.m.- close and Saturday 12 p.m. - close.

Longdrop is known for their Over Yonder, Electric Cherry, Harvest Hoarder Chai and Southbound Elderberry Winter Cider.  They have seven ciders and a local beer on tap at their new location.  Check out the tasting room at 603 S. Capitol!
