New Macklemore Song Debuts

Macklemore and Ryan Lewis are back!  This time NOBODY will be poppin' tags at the "Thrift Shop".  This multi-platinum duo is shooting "Arrows" with fellow Seattle friends, Fences.  Check out the new song and bonus track available now!

Macklemore and Ryan Lewisare two friends from Seattle that made shopping at the Thrift Shop cool.  They went from hustlin' clubs and gigs in the shadow of the space needle to headlining arenas around the world.  I can't say enough about Macklemore.  His lyrics are dope.  Their songs mean something to fans. They relate. The Seattle native lends lyrics to a new track just released from friends, Fences (also from Seattle).

Fences front man, Christopher Mansfield, already has a relationship working with Macklemore well beyond, "The Heist".  This time, Mansifield reaches out to Ryan Lewis and Macklemore for lyrics.

"Part of the reason I wanted Macklelmore on the song is because he speaks his mind about the fact that he doesn't always feel like he has control over his story," Mansfield said. "But he also understands that sometimes, it's okay to go with it."
