New Smoothie Shop to Open On Grove Plaza

There are so many days where I have no idea what I want to eat for lunch, so I just opt for a smoothie instead.  I'm so excited to have a new spot to grab one!

Smoothie giant Tropical Smoothie Cafe is close to completing construction on their new location on the Grove Plaza.  The new location is in the Clearwater Building that's also home to Gyro Shack, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dutch Bros and the Bronco Shop, is slated to open on Tuesday, January 23 at 7 a.m. Their grand opening is one of those that you might just want to bundle up and camp out for.

Why? Because the first 77 customers that buy a combo meal will receive free smoothies for an entire year!  Once those 77 grand prizes have been handed out, anyone else that buys their favorite wrap, flatbread, bowl or sandwich in a combo meal will get a chance to roll the Tropical Smoothie Cafe dice.  Roll a lucky 7 and you'll also win Free Smoothies for a year!

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a franchise restaurant and has another location on Overland Road.  The new location on The Grove fills a smoothie void left behind by Jamba Juice, which closed their 6 year-old location in the Capitol Terrace building in November.
