New Taco Destination Opening Downtown Boise

Taco Tuesdays and taco everyday's just got upgraded. Calle 75 Street Taco's has announced they will be opening in downtown Boise and I couldn't be more excited.

If you have come out to Live for 175, I can almost guarantee you've seen my racing back and forth from Calle 75 inside the Village at Meridian.  These tacos are amazing, the salsa's are to die for, and the menu to be offered at their new location is even bigger!

The new location is set to be right across the street from the Neurolux (110 N. 11th Street) but no word yet on if the location will be open late to cater to post-drink taco cravings on the weekends. I've never experienced the taco truck version of Calle 75 but they have made clear-- if the taco truck is you jam, it isn't going anywhere (I mean, it is...it will be driving around still).

There's nothing more exciting than seeing a local business grow and flourish. I hope you're as excited to check out this new location as I am.
