It felt pretty quiet this weekend not having a Boise State game to watch on TV, but then again, after last week maybe a little bit of a rest was good. Of course, last week Boise State traveled to Stillwater, Oklahoma for a huge non-conference and ranked match-up against Oklahoma State--a game that didn't end well for Boise State at all.

After the loss last week, Boise State dropped out of the AP Top 25 and hung on to the #25 spot in the AP/Coaches Poll--a pretty good sign that they aren't off the experts' radars just yet. After a bye week this week, these rankings remain the same. SO--going into a big road game against Wyoming this weekend, we could see a Boise State team crawl back into the AP rankings as soon as next Saturday.

Other notable teams in the Top 25 this week are UCF (the top-ranked non-power-5 team) coming in at #13, BYU who Boise State will have the chance to play later in the season at #20, and the University of Washington--Coach Pete's new home, in at #11.
