No Pants Patty’s Day Block Party in Downtown Boise
We're creeping up on the luckiest day of the year and for some, celebrating St. Patrick's Day with no pants on is about as much fun as it gets. Saturday, March 17 from 9 p.m. to 12 midnight there's three different locations downtown that are coming together encouraging as many people as possible to not wear pants.
The No Pants Patty's Day Block Party is hosted by Amsterdam Lounge, China Blue, and Dirty Little Roddies. This is the 7th straight year and because St. Patty's day lands on a Saturday in 2018, it should be wilder, bigger, and better than ever.
So what's the no pants thing? Well, there's a $10 cover charge if you're wearing pants and only a $5 cover charge if you're not. That price gets you into all three clubs. Plus you're one of the fun people if you go pantless. Wearing pants at something like this is like showing up to a Halloween costume party as yourself. Blah!
If you're looking to have a little dinner before the party and you don't want to park downtown head to The Tailgate Sports Bar and Grill who are serving up green beer and corn beef and cabbage. With your purchase you'll receive a wristband that gives you access to all three No Pants Patty's Day clubs and they've got busses that'll take you over to the block party.
