When President-Elect Donald Trump tweets, Wall Street responds. Here's how to take advantage of that.

A new app, called 'Trigger,' will send an alert to your phone whenever Trump tweets about a company you own stock in. So if you own stock in Boise-based Micron, and Mr. Trump sends out a nasty tweet about the company, you'll know immediately.

Trump recently tweeted about overspending at Boeing, and the company's stock took a dive. A similar instance happened with Lockheed Martin.

Rachel Meyer, co-founder of Trigger Finance:

When he tweets, the market moves. Our users see this as an investment opportunity and a way for them to manage their portfolio risk.

Meyer says users of Trigger are also asking for alerts from Senator Bernie Sanders.
