Pop-Up Park Brings Spring to Treasure Valley

My friend who coaches a half marathon training program is out of town this weekend and gave me the incredible honor of filling her shoes for the group's 9 mile run on Saturday.  After how much snow, slush and rain we ran through, I'm totally over winter! 

Unless you're headed to the mountain to ski, snowboard or tube, you're probably right with me and could use a dose of Spring! Well, thanks to Edwards Greenhouse, you can!

The greenhouse, locate at 4106 Sand Creek Street in Boise, has just launched their Pop-Up Park where you can go enjoy the sights, smells and most importantly WARMTH of Spring!

They invite you to bring your kids and pets for picnics and more between now and January 30th!  They'll also be hosting special events like live music, Library! reading nooks, art shows and yoga classes throughout the time the park is open to the public.

The park is open to the public Monday - Saturday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
