Last week we told you how this former CIA operative could possibly win the presidential election on November 8th. Over the weekend, he came to Boise to rally support from the Treasure Valley.

Positioning himself as a "New conservative," McMullin spoke at Boise High School's auditorium about his backing in the North West:

We're seeing traction here. It's just a matter of trying to get a feel to quantify it, we just haven't been able to do that quite yet. But we're optimistic about what's been happening here in Idaho.

McMullin isn't leading any polls in Idaho yet, but he is either tied or slightly ahead of both Trump and Clinton in Utah (depending on who you ask.)

What will McMullin do if he isn't successful in two weeks? In his words:

Yes, I will concede. Do you want to know why? Because I believe in peaceful transitions of power in the United States. That’s one of those things that makes this country great.
