When I initially saw the title of this video, I thought it would be a take on the Ray Rice/NFL domestic abuse fall out similar to the photo shopped Ravens themed Cover Girl ad but was surprised by how powerful Megan MacKay's "tutorial" was.  Check it out for yourself and share with another woman who need to know she is better than the abusive situation she's in.
