Do you hear sleigh bells all of a sudden?

Last week, I told you that during my boyfriend's excursion to clear satellite dishes at Old Chicago our friends let it slip to us what was moving into the Rose Room space above the restaurant.  When they said it was a "year round Christmas catalog" I knew EXACTLY who it was. It's been hard to keep my mouth shut, but the property owners finally made the announcement so I can tell you.

If you're obsessed with everything Christmas, chances are you are very familiar with Balsam Hill. The company is known for manufacturing some of the most gorgeous artificial Christmas trees you've ever seen including the ones used on the set of CMA's Country Christmas and daytime talk show The Doctors. They also carry a selection of wreaths, garlands, Christmas decorations and home decor for other seasons.

Parent company Balsam Brands is moving into the Rose Room space after it's last event this spring. According to the Idaho Statesman, they do plan to remodel the historic ball room into office spaces but will try to preserve the history of the Rose Room.  In addition to offices, there will also be a common space for brainstorming and an overflow dining room.

Balsam Brands isn't new to the Treasure Valley.  Their current office of 120 employees is currently in Meridian but will relocate once the renovations are done.
