Saint Alphonsus Celebrates Healthy Mothers with Celebration Today

The weather will be awesome, it's game day and we have a wonderful celebration to share with all the families. Saint Alphonsus in Nampa is celebrating healthy mothers day with a list of festivities for the entire family.

I will vouch for this entire team because they are pretty unbelievable, warm, and so excited for you to visit today from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

There is a sentence in their Facebook post that is consistent with their message to all the moms in the Treasure Valley,

Today's event begins at 10:00 am. and runs until 2:00 p.m. The team at Saint Alphonsus Birkeland Maternity Center will be holding this family event and welcome you to attend the following:

• car seat safety (we will be bringing our in for this free safety check!
• free tours around the new maternity facility
• lots of giveaways
• infant & pediatric CPR demonstrations
• take home crafts for the kids
• newborn basic education
• post-partum depression fatigue
• child fingerprinting
• magician
• face painting
• wellness & stroller walk
• fitness for mom and kids
• breastfeeding education
• a JUMP HOUSE! This is always a plus!

The wonderful team at Saint Alphonsus will be providing free food and drinks that include free gifts just for joining.

There are few things on that list that I believe is so important. The CPR training is a great few minutes to learn because things change and the way you give CPR has evolved. You DON'T want to get caught in that unfortunate situation where you don't know what to do.

Saint Alphonsus will be holding a post-partum depression fatigue. Listen. This is real and very serious. Take advantage of this opportunity. It's okay if you're going through this or in the beginning stages of pregnancy. It's great to get educated on what could happen to you.

This is a video of our one day old little Lennox Luv! So many things happen with your first child because I didn't know what I was doing. I was a mess and I didn't even do any of the hard work. My job was easy but I had no idea. I remember being so scared to drive down the street with our new little man in the backseat. We're on to baby #2 and it's a girl. You should play the Kekeluv Baby Pool because time is about out. Guess all the particulars and win $500!

Sidenote: This is almost four years old. It's Saint Alphonsus not St. Alphonsus 😇I couldn't go back and edit. Still cute though!
