Gladiators, you know last week's Scandal season finale wrapped up in the most amazeballs way possible. Which ticket is going to win this year's presidential election? Frankie Vargas and Cyrus Bean or Mellie Grant and Jake Ballard? Well, you're going to have to wait to find out.

Shonda Rhimes and ABC broke every Scandal fan's heart when they unveiled this fall's "TGIT" line-up.  Notably missing from the line-up? According to Variety a fall premiere for the political drama.  Notorious, a show inspired by criminal defense attorney Mark Geragos and cable news producer, Wendy Walker will take it's place.  The inspired by true-life drama examines the dangerous cross roads between criminal law and media.

Scandal has reportedly been moved due to Kerry Washington's second pregnancy.  This also means that the show that's eerily mirroring this year's real presidential election won't air during this fall's campaign season.  BTW, Rhimes and Washington both pointed out that Hollis Doyle, the Donald Trump like candidate on the show, has been a character in Shondaland much longer than Trump's presidential run. He made his first appearance in season two of the show which aired in 2012.

Of all the shows that I watch, there's only TWO that I have to see before someone can spoil them for me at work or on social media - Empire and Scandal, so needless to say this news leaves a gaping hole in my heart.  Shonda Rhimes, you make me cry.
