While we were on the phone with Kimberly this morning, I looked up and saw that the Blade Runner, Oscar Pistorius, is out of jail after being found guilty of culpable homicide for the death of his girlfriend.  Should he be out of jail after a year?

There's two very different accounts of the night of Reeva Steenkamp's death.  Pistorious maintains that he heard an intruder in the home and felt vulnerable without having on his prosthetic legs so he pulled out a gun from under the bed.  He hobbled to the bathroom where he thought an intruder was hiding and fired into the door.  Pistorius didn't realize the intruder was actually his girlfriend who'd gotten out of bed to go to the bathroom, until after he called to her and she didn't answer him.

The Steenkamp family lawyer claimed the couple had been in a heated argument earlier that evening and that Pistorius actually did put on his prosthetic and walked to the bathroom where he knew she was to fire at her four times.

He was found guilty of culpable homicide and was sentenced to five years in prison.  Today he's home and spending the remaining four years on house arrest.  Do you think he should be out of jail already?
