Snow Days Announced; None In Boise

Having grown up here in the Treasure Valley, I feel like it's pretty simple for me to eyeball a snow day. This morning I woke up extra early to jump on the radio and as I looked out my window expecting some new snow I knew--nope, there's no way we're getting a snow day today.

Now, I say "we" like a snow day would some how effect me and it certainly wouldn't. However, I always root for them, for the sake of our students! Nothing is more fun than an unexpected day off of school AND a ton of snow to go play in. The running joke as a student over at Bishop Kelly was, we would never get snow days because yes, there were some in which the School Districts had days off and we got a "Late Start".

While there are no school closures for snow here in Boise, Nampa, or Caldwell today--many students can celebrate a day off in the following school districts:

• Cambridge
• Cascade
• Crestline
• McCall-Donnelly
