If you came to see 103.5 KISS FM at the Canyon County Kids Expo, you got to see some pretty legit Star Wars costumes from our friends at the 501st Legion and Rebel Legion. Now there's an opportunity to meet some of the actors who were in the REAL costumes!

Treasure Valley Community College is hosting their fourth year of "Star Wars Invades the Treasure Valley" on March 14th at 7:30 p.m. in their Four Rivers Cultural Center Theatre. According to the Idaho Statesman, past installments of the event have drawn crowds as big as 600 people to Ontario.  Past years featured the actors who voiced/portrayed Jabba the Hutt's sidekick, Salacious Crumb (Mark Dodson,) Chewbacca (Peter Mayhew,) and Ray Park (Darth Maul.)

This year's got a HUGE name on the bill - Jeremy Bulloch! Ok, you're looking at this page weird going "I have no idea who that is!"  That's because you know him better as Boba Fett!  Bulloch will be joined by Paul Blake who played Greedo and Mike Edmonds who played one of the Ewoks in Return of the Jedi.

The actors will talk to the crowd about what it was like behind the scenes in the Star Wars universe, their challenges with costumes and wardrobe, the future of the Star Wars Franchise and the hype building around Episode VIII, The Last Jedi.

Admission to the event is free and audience members will be able to ask questions after the presentation.  If you'd like a photo with the actors and a signed photo, meet and greet packages as well as Star Wars merchandise will be available to purchase at the event.

I SO want to check this out! I might not have a little one obsessed with everything Star Wars like Kekeluv goes, but I was "that kid" once upon a time! Star Wars was released in theaters when I was a kid and my dad was so excited to take my sister and I.  We fell in love with the original trilogy instantly and tried to make our own "lightsabers" out of flashlights.  I even started read another Star Wars series, but I can't for the life of me can't remember what it was.  It was a hard back book with a purple cover I think.  I just remembered that I loved it! My fiance's a giant Star Wars nerd as well, so I'm sure he's going to want to check this event out!
