I admit I get some really dumb ideas when I'm having a few beers with my runner friends, but none of these ideas scared me as much as the one I went through with this weekend.

I stumbled across a cartoon today that I just had to share with the people taking on the 13.1 mile challenge at FitOne this fall.

When I moved to the Treasure Valley four years ago, if you told me one day I'd be training for my fourth half-marathon today, I would've laughed in your face.  I ended up hooked and realizing why running has played such an important role in my life.
