Keke, Michelle, Tawsha, and Mijo all did the Insane Inflatable 5K at Expo Idaho today and they lived to tell the story. Thanks to everyone for hanging out with us and congrats to all the 5K finishers!

Today was another fantastic day for Live for 175 bringing even more people together for a fantastic cause. The goal to end child abuse is a little bit closer thanks to the biking power of these amazing individuals! Check out some pictures from the bikers who participated in the album below...

You never know who is going to come by at Live for 175! We had a couple special guests and of course amazing riders keeping the station on the air throughout day 3. We're out here until Friday so there's still plenty of time to come out and help us cycle to break the cycle...

How many of you spent Sunday limping around with sore calves after attacking the Dirty Dash up at Bogus Basin this weekend?  I'm still hella sore, but the day was so much fun and totally worth it!  There were so many great team costumes on the course, that I couldn't resist snapping a bunch of photos!  Did I grab one of you and your crew?
