As I was trolling the big FB today, I came across a survey Buzzfeed put together about the way people in relationships use the "status" on social networking.  The results actually surprised me a little!

Break-ups suck.  Hell, mine was in June and I'll admit I haven't totally bounced back from it yet.  But did you know they've now categorized the types of relationship crash and burns?  Where does yours fall on Elite Daily's list of 7?

Well, if you listen to any of our show on 103.5 KISS FM you know that I seem to find frogs no matter what city or state I'm in.

February is right around the corner, which means in about a month I'll be taking another step even closer to my dirty thirty.  So what have my late 20s taught me?  Plenty!

I suck at New Year's resolutions.  Why?  Because most of mine aren't really the literal definition of a "resolution," a firm decision to do or not do something.  Mine are more of goals and that's why in 2015 I'm making a vision board instead of a resolution list!
