Another tale of that "Amish school" I went to for college.  I saw the headline "Male Cop Dresses As Amish Woman To Stop Flasher," saw that the location was Western PA and out of curiosity I clicked it to find out that this happened in Pulaski Township, just minutes away from where I went to school.

Pulaski Township Sgt. Chad Adams spent about two months dressing in drag as an Amish woman in an attempt to scare away a male suspect who was accused of exposing himself to Amish kids.  Unfortunately, he was never able to catch the man because the flasher hadn't been seen since a man was placed on house arrest for similar incidents in a neighboring county.

The extremely conservative Amish didn't mind Adams and his female partner (also in an Amish outfit) hanging out with them because they wanted to keep their children safe.  They even lent the police the bonnets, aprons and dresses to wear.

Here's Adams in his Amish get-up

Pulaski Township is 15 minutes from Westminster College's campus where I spent 4 years. I have to say after the time I spent there, I can tell you the Amish make some bomb baked goods!
