Gem State Kiwanis 4th of July Pancake Breakfast

When: 7-11 AM, Saturday, July 4
Where: Julia Davis Park
Price: Active Duty Military FREE, Kids 13 and under $5, Adults $6, Families of 5+ $25

Chalk Art Festival

When: 8 AM-4 PM, Saturday, July 4th
Where: Ann Morrison Park (West side near Americana Blvd)
What: Artists compete for a grand prize by drawing on the asphalt of Ann Morrison Park. Spectators are asked to drop voting tokens at their favorite designs throughout the day. Competition ends with People’s Choice Award at 5 PM
Price: Kids 12-17 $10, Adults 18+ $15, Teams of 2-4 over age 12 $20.

Bikes, Bikes, Bikes

When: Noon - 7 PM, Saturday, July 4
Where: Ann Morrison Park
What: George's Cycles has teamed up with Boise Parks and Rec to add tons of bike events to Ann Morrison's annual 4th of July celebration. Kids can decorate bikes for a contest for best decorated, most patriotic and crowd favorite bikes through 1:30 PM. Adults, there's a brand new 4-Mile Bike Slow Roll for you!

Slide The City

When:10 AM - 10 PM, Saturday July 4th
Where: Americana Blvd
What: The 1,000 foot long water slide is back (and improved!) Cool off from the triple digit heat by grabbing and tube and plunging down the hill outside Ann Morrison Park
