Treefort Begins Artist Announcements

One of the LARGEST events to hit downtown Boise all year is coming up in March and the good news for those anxiously awaiting it is: the announcements have begun.

If you've never been to Treefort Music Festival, you have got to make plans to visit. As someone who grew up here in the Treasure Valley, I love things that are just "Boise"--any local like myself can recognize these. As Treefort has grown over the years into the beast of an event that it has become, it's very apparent that this just a Boise thing--and I love that!

The festival spans over a long weekend and includes something for everyone. There is a "fort" for about everything--books, yoga, kids, videos and film...you name it, there's a fort! Oh, I shouldn't forget food and ale.

This music festival over the span of several days and a ton of venues features over 300 artists and just this week, the festival unveiled about 100 of them to the public. I can't tell if this is helping hold people over, or making them a lot more anxious?
