Details on yesterday's mall evacuation have come out (very uneventful), Kesha is still being controlled by Dr. Luke and may not perform at the Billboard Music Awards and a woman died because she didn't want to vote for Trump or Hillary.

MALL EVACUATION: The mall was evacuated yesterday evening after an alarm activated just before 5 p.m. Officers responded but it ended up being a malfunctioning alarm. Customers were allowed to continue shopping after police investigated. There were about 3 people still in the mall after all that drama.

BOY MISSING: Police are trying to track down a 16-year old boy named Devon. He was last seen near Albion Street and South Latah Street at 3:30 yesterday afternoon. He left home without medication and his family members are concerned for his well-being. Devon is 5’7” weighing 155 pounds with dark blond hair. Devon was last seen wearing shorts and a gray t-shirt with the logo “35 North” on it. He was also not wearing shoes. Anyone with information is asked to call 377-6790

ADA COUNTY VOTING: Voter turnout in Ada County was low in the May primary. It was expected. Only about 35,000 of the 215,000 registered voters in Ada County cast their ballot. Voter turnout has been on the decline for many years.  

GARAGE SALE: Idaho’s Largest Garage Sale is this Saturday at Expo Idaho. Show up at 7 a.m. ILGS goes until 6 p.m.

KESHA GOT THE KIBOSH: Kesha’s Billboard Music Awards performance may not happen. Dr. Luke had originally given the go-ahead for Kesha to perform but has now has reportedly changed his mind after finding out that Kesha’s performance would be a “statement” about her legal battle with Dr. Luke. Now the show is trying to work out an agreement before the 22nd. Kesha says she was going to honor Bob Dylan.

The obit says, “Faced with the prospect of voting for either Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton…Mary Anne Noland of Richmond chose, instead, to pass into the eternal love of God on Sunday…”
