When I chose to move to Boise, all I heard was,  "Isn't that the place with all the potatoes?" Until you come to this city, you don't understand the draw it has on a person, the way it captures your heart and the way you feel when you have finally found home.

There's a list of the 22 underrated American places you need to spend more time in and Boise made the list. In fact, our city is flying under the radar for one of the best hipster cities rivaling Portland, Oregon (who didn't make the list).

The cool part about our home? We go outdoors, we play, we drink great beer and we can actually walk to these places in minutes.

Our city is amazing and it's being recognized for the things we love to do, not just some made-up list.
