I've never heard this quote before and I love it for so many reasons. It's true. I'm consider my self a spiritual person and you can't see GOD or whatever you believe. You can't see LOVE. You can't see HEARTBREAK. That's doesn't mean they don't exist.

You can look at that quote from so many different directions. We just did a 7's Hero with KTVB News Channel 7's, Maggie O'Mara. We were fortunate enough to get a very special kid back to meet pop star, Meghan Trainor. I can't speak for how it made him feel, but it made us feel AMAZING.

Go up to someone today and tell them how pretty they look. Walk away. They won't remember you, probably not your face or what you were wearing, but that flattering feeling will stick for a long time

Imagine if we made a deal with ourselves say something kind to at least one person a day, a compliment. Imagine what kind of world we would live in.
