Week 13: Boise State Climbs

Week 13 rankings are out for the AP and Boise State has climbed 2 spots after a commanding win over UNLV.  The bad news, however, is that unranked Houston has passed the Broncos in the rankings, making them ranked 3rd out of the Non-Power 5 teams.
