A sweet text or a hand-written note with a compliment or reason you are loved. A cup of your fave coffee when you wake up or arrive at work just the way you like it delivered by your special someone. One single red rose and a loving valentine card. A romantic dinner in a quiet little restaurant or cooking you a nice meal at home, complete with table cloth, candle light and a glass of wine. Serving me and helping me clean up is special. Taking me to a movie I want to see (romance), holding my hand and pretending you enjoy it and role playing later.

One that shows honest sincere effort. In almost any way. Plan a date without help. Make a romantic gesture that required more than 5 minutes of your time. Write a love letter. Anything that involves effort to show love.
