What’s the Grace Period After a Breakup?

Drake and Rihanna have called it quits. Drake is already with someone new. We think this is WAY too soon. Just last month, they got matching tattoos. What's the proper amount of time to wait before dating someone new? 

We think this is a little fast but we could be wrong. What do you think?
