Where can I find the Best Corn Beef and Cabbage in the Treasure Valley?

Growing up I hated Corn Beef and Cabbage, but as I have grown I have become accustomed to it.

Now me being brown kid, I won't say its my favorite dish in the world, I mean you could never argue against fajitas with a margarita. Just Saying, But If I want to grab the best Corn Beef and Cabbage in the Treasure Valley where would I go?

rI would assume Ha' Penny one of the most authentic and established Irish Restaurants in the Treasure Valley would be the place, but then again I don't want to assume.

I have also heard that Quinn's restaurant and lounge have a really good Corn Beef and Cabbage. So I' am leaving it up to you, in the comments below let me know where to find the best Corn Beef and Cabbage in the Treasure Valley.
