Woman Spent Life Savings on Powerball and Started GoFundMe to Get Money Back

The Powerball jackpot was over 1 billion dollars. What do you do when the jackpot is that high? Apparently, you spend your family's entire savings on tickets and then start a GoFundMe page when you see you didn't win. What she plans to do with this money blows my mind. 

This woman expected to win the $1.5 billion Powerball jackpot after spending a giant chunk of money on Powerball tickets. Well, she didn't win so she started a GoFundMe page (now shut down) in order to get $100,000. The money wasn't a payback, it was to play the lotto and chance it all again.

Tell me this is all false.

According to NY Daily News, she posted this message:

“With your small donation of at least $1.00, a like and one share, I’m certain that we will be able to pick ourselves up from the trenches of this lost (sic) and spend another fortune trying to hit it big again!”
