I've been here in Boise for just under 4 months now and if there is one thing I have learned since being here, it is that we are a ridiculously busy radio station.  When I say that, I mean that literally all 5 of us that are on air here at 103.5 KISSFM constantly have things to be at, work on, or plan.

The biggest struggle I've found since getting into this busy "groove" is that eating can be an extremely difficult thing to plan for.  There are days I plan to go home for lunch and can't escape the radio station. There are other days we're out of the building so I rely on restaurants or fast food to fill me up that day.

Over the last few weeks, I've really been working on preparing meals for the week on Sunday evenings. While that's helped me eat better and on a much more regular schedule (not to mention the money it has saved me), I'm still not quite eating the way I should be...I run late and don't pack that days lunch, I get sick of what I made for a whole week....you name it!

I'm trying to find the BEST way to plan nutritious meals for the week ahead.  Have you ever done this? Have any pointers?
