Can you say invasion of privacy?  One state wants to allow bosses to force their employees into coughing up the passwords to their Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social media accounts.

In Arkansas, supporters of the potential law say that if an employee is openly making slanderous statements about their bosses/employers the company and supervisor has the right to know that.  If passed, the law says that your boss could also require you to friend them on social media.

Facebook is against the legislation saying it could lead to inappropriate contact between an adult and their under aged employees...which I totally understand.

Luckily my bosses here at 103.5 KISS FM (Keke and Vader) are pretty cool so I'm friends with them on social media, but would I give my passwords up? Hells no!

I'm not slandering our station or parent company, but there are definitely conversations between my boyfriend and I on there that I would not want them to have access to. Nope, nope, nope!
