You Have Less Than 24 Hours To Drink This Beer

Clearly I bought this beer for the sole purpose of research, right?! Or I'm just a sucker for good marketing.  Either way this craft beer grabbed my eye at Whole Foods and apparently I only have till Pi Day to drink it!

I picked up this bottle of Stone Enjoy By 3.14.15 to see what it was all about. According to the brewery itself this is a "devastatingly fresh double IPA" that's brewed not to last.  Freshness is one of the key components of a hoppy beer like an India Pale Ale and Stone took that component to the extreme with this one.  They made sure that it's freshness won't last past Pi Day.  Bottled on February 6th, 2015 this brew packs 9.4% alcohol.

Try it this evening! Here's what you can pair it with to get the ultimate flavor:

• Appetizers: Guacamole, Salt & Pepper Shrim
• Main Course: Chicken Fried Steak, Thai Drunken Noodles
• Dessert: Carrot Cake or Ginger Spice Cake
• Cheese: Parmigiano-Reggiano, Extra Aged Cheddar
