Mind blow.  I 've been doing it wrong this whole time! I go to Whole Foods River Room for fish and chips (probably some of the best in the Treasure Valley if you haven't tried them) at least once a week.  I'm more a ketchup than vinegar person when it comes to my fries, so I encounter these little ketchup cuts all the time.  This is totally going to be a game changer from here on out!
