As a kid I was never allowed to have pets. My parents were not fans and as I look back at it they were right. I'm sure we ( my siblings and I ) would of loved playing with a pup for a few days and then my parents would of been stuck cleaning, feeding and dealing with pet expenses while we complained about taking the dog for a walk. The irony in all of this is that as an adult I never wanted a doggo because I didn't want to clean up after it, feed it and deal with pet expenses... hahaha... Low and behold my live in ex-girlfriend got me a boxer puppy for my birthday and he turned out to be amazing! I no longer have him and I often think about getting another doggo however I don't need a puppy, I bring this up because as the saying goes... timing is everything... The Idaho Humane Society has a bunch of uber cute dogs that are ready for adoption. I made the mistake of going through their photo gallery and now I cant stop thinking about a particular doggo.

If you've been thinking about it, I highly recommend you take a look Idaho Humane Society.
