Welcome to the Howl-O-Ween Pet Parade & Costume Contest! This is an all-day event so pace yourself, people. Bring your dogs in costumes, enjoy some pancakes 7 pumpkins, a pet parade and more. There will be costumes for the best-dressed pups on this Howl-O-Ween party. You could also just consider this one of the best tailgate experiences in the Treasure Valley.
