I Must Of Just Paid Rent..

Its that time again! You might be wondering..."What time??". Well its the time of the month where bank accounts become low, and you have a love/hate relationship with your leasing agents! It's the BEGINNING of the month... So that means... You just paid your rent! #Woof

I have a love/hate relationship with "Paying Rent"

(here are a few of my LOVE/HATES this month)

-I love that after I pay rent, I don't have to pay it again for another 28-30 days. I hate that I have to pay it again in 28-30 days.

-I love that when I pay my rent I have a home for the next month. I hate that the next month I might NOT.

-I love going to see my awesome bankers once a month. I hate that they give me an amount of money that someone else gets to give to the pool maintenance guy.

All in all, for a ton of people this time of the month suX.. Yea, with a capital X! We all have to do it... I just know I enjoy the place I live, even if they mow the lawn at 7:37 in the morning. It's hard to think about a house, when you are in radio.. well, because.. it's radio. Ill talk to my renters in about 28-30 days... until next time my RENT-OWNERS.. END RANT!
