Love Them Or Hate Them, In-N-Out Is Here To Stay
One of the primary complaints people have voiced regarding In-N-Out's newest location in Nampa is the traffic. When we initially shared the traffic plans from Nampa PD in a related story, we cited specific complaints about the new location and the "chaos" it would bring to the area's roads.
Despite that, people are still going crazy about In-N-Out and according to Glassdoor, they are one of the best places to work.

Glassdoor released their "Best Places to Work" for 2025 with Bain & Company, a consulting firm, coming in at number one. Crew Carwash came in second followed by Idaho's favorite burger chain, In-N-Out.
As a matter of fact, In-N-Out is the only company in the top five that has locations in Idaho thus making it the best place to work in the Gem State.
What's It Like To Work At In-N-Out Burger?
On the surface, In-N-Out appears to be just like any other job in fast food... but judging from what we found, that couldn't be more inaccurate. There are several ways the company separates itself from other major chains like McDonald's, Burger King, or even Wendy's.
