Most Affordable Home in Eagle vs Meridian (Which Would You Pick?)

This is going to be a game of "would you rather?" We've got pictures below of the most affordable home in Eagle and the most affordable home in Meridian right now — which one would you rather live in?

The Eagle home is a $315,000 condo and the Meridian home is a $220,000 mobile home. But which one do you think is nicer? Which one has the better location? Etc. So many things to consider! Pictures and more details below 👇

The Meridian home's listing says...

"Beautiful Fleetwood home with all the bells and whistles! Home is less than a year old and absolutely lovely with wood trim and stone accents inside. The spacious great room welcomes you into the home with large kitchen island, wood cabinetry, and built-in living room entertainment center. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet with spacious bathroom boasting double vanities, large shower, ample storage, and garden soaker tub."

The Eagle home's listing says...

"Great Location Right In The Heart Of Eagle. Walking Distance to Downtown Restaurants , Coffee Shops, Saturday Market and Boise River. Low maintenance!"

Immediately there are some pros and cons. Obviously, the Meridian home is cheaper by almost $100,000 — and it looks a lot nicer (in my opinion). It's a newer home (2022) and it has a lot more space and nicer features etc.

So, why is the Eagle home so much more expensive? Likely because it's a condo in a phenomenal location near downtown Eagle, and it actually has garage space. What do you think?
