By now everyone knows that today Idaho Governor Brad Little extended the stay at home order until April 30th. The one piece of exciting news from an economic standpoint is that some non-essential businesses are now able to open if they can provide delivery or drive thru service. As much as this is going to hurt... NO you still  cannot go get your hair and nails done. (Mateo really needs a cut. lol).

There was one very interesting detail that caught my eye from the stay at home extension order. Non residents must self quarantine for in Idaho for 14 days after coming into the state. My question is how do they expect to manage this? Someone drives in from Oregon to visit and stays for a week of outdoor activities, How does anyone know? Someone flies in for a weekend visit, how does anyone know? Maybe the Governor skipped that part on the press conference.
