103.5 KISS FM was at all of your favorite bars for the St. Patty's Day No Pants Block Party. China Blue, Dirty Little Roddys and the Main Street Bistro were packed with kilts, skirts and anything but pants while the KISS crew went live from the DJ Booth at China Blue. It was a super fun way to spend the St. Patty's weekend!
