It's been one year ago that we watched FitOne from a hospital bed at St. Luke's Children's Hospital. Today he's doing great and thanks to everyone we got to meet today. Check out the photos!

Over the past 16 years, running has given me many things but the greatest gift that it's given me are the people that it's brought into my life.

National Running Day is HERE! We want you to join 103.5 KISS FM "Friends with Benefit" team for the FitOne 5K, 10K or half marathon today! But maybe you don't want to do the prep on your own? Find your “happy pace” with one of these local running clubs in the Treasure Valley!

What do you love about the FitOne 5K, 10K and Half Marathon? The thrill of the competition? The epic dance party at the start line? The fact that it benefits the St. Luke's Children's Hospital? We want to share it all with you this September!

If there's one thing we know about the Treasure Valley, it's that it loves making "Top" lists.  Well, one of our favorite events just landed on a National Top 100 List!

We can't thank the over 230 people that joined this year's 103.5 KISS FM "Friends With Benefit" team powered by Fleet Feet in Meridian and help us become the largest team at this year's FitOne races!

Here's a quick thanks everyone in the Treasure Valley running during FitOne and especially those St. Luke's Children's Hospital's employees. FitOne is for our family.
